About this project

Welcome to ProvoMusicScene.com

While local music thrives, information is fragmented, and essential coordination happens behind the scenes. This makes it harder to discover shows, sustain artist careers, and maintain a diverse, accessible community. Our mission is to support and connect Utah County’s vibrant local music community by providing shared infrastructure that reduces barriers for artists, venues, and audiences.

If you want to know what’s happening in local music, you’re in the right place. ProvoMusicScene is built to help you find shows, discover artists, and stay connected to Utah County’s music scene—without digging through stories, messages, emails, and individual venue calendars.

This site is simple on purpose. It keeps concert info and artist listings in one public place so anyone can participate. No genre bias, no pay-to-play, no gatekeeping. Just clear, shared tools that make the scene easier to navigate.

ProvoMusicScene only works if people use it. Whether you’re playing shows, putting them on, or attending, this site exists purely to help you stay connected to your community.
